-------Brief Introduction
High efficiency corn belt bucket liftingconveyor systems is specially designed for silo which is used for lifting material with small size and bulk density lower than 1t/m3.There are two kinds of buckets, it has two kinds of buckets for selection: oneis steel hopper bucket with maximum capacity 800 t/h and allowable pulleydistance is 58.2m while the other one is plastic bucket with maximum capacity600 t/h and allowable pulley distance is 63m in order to transport differentkinds of material.
-------Working Principle
When poweringon, the driving device drives head pulley to make the bucket belt do thecircular motion from bottom to top. The bucket is filled with material andconveyed to the head terminal, and then the material is thrown from the outletunder the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design. Afterdischarging, the empty bucket is back to the foot by conveying and be filledagain, and then lifted from the bottom to the top just like before.
